The Community Relations Program administers the Taunton Emergency Task Force, Inc., Fuel Fund for individuals and families that do not qualify for Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) or the Salvation Army Good Neighbor Program. The Fuel Fund is offered on a first come, first served basis and the individual/family must provide income and expense information. This Program serves residents from the City of Taunton and the towns of Berkley, Dighton and Raynham. The Fuel Fund is provided through generous donations. The Taunton Emergency Task Force,
