Taunton MA - Emergency Rental/Mortgage Assistance

The Community Relations Program offers emergency rental/mortgage assistance to individuals and families who have experienced an emergency situation. The applicant must provide documentation of the reason for the emergency as well as verifiable income and expense information. Individuals/families who do not have verifiable income are not eligible for this program. This Program serves residents from the City of Taunton and the towns of Berkley, Dighton and Raynham. The emergency rental/mortgage assistance is provided by funds awarded from the Federal Emergency Management Agency Emergency Food and Shelter Program and the City of Taunton. The United Way of Greater Attleboro/Taunton, Inc., Community Impact Program through the Taunton Emergency Task Force, Inc, also funds the program. The Emergency Rental/Mortgage Assistance Program is subject to funding.
